About Me:
My name is Alexis Harris but I go by Alexis Amina. I am a Fashion Apparel major attending the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
I was inspired to create Lame Eccentrics after years of being bullied in school. I was "Odd Crayon in the Box". I was often called Lame, ugly, unstylish, and not creative.
As a self-taught artist, my goal is to take the cruel words thrown at me and turn them into something beautiful. My clothes are a reflection of who I am, bright, cheerful, dramatic, and full of character.

I do not not have a set favorite color. I love all of the colors for different reasons.
The longest time Ive spent in Joanns Fabric Store was 2 1/2 hours and I bought 2 yards of yellow stretch fabric. (I shop alone).
I enjoy looking out the window and listening to music as I sew.
My colors of the year are yellow and pink. My style of the year is anything with stripes, flows, and lots of color.
I have goals of becoming a Boutique Owner and a Stylist.
